And while I have remained Popless it seems I have made a pop. The moment Mr Whiskers became a head, i knew he was a Pop, he was a bit of an old man bear. And as he grew into more and more of a whole bear, i knew that he He likes his mocassins, his cups of teas with 4 sugars, tinkering in his shed and is a bit of a dunker ( biscuits/cookies in tea).
That every Saturday he likes to buy a lotto ticket, he's a long suffering Richmond supporter and is fond of the ocassional punt on the horses.I knew also that he needed a blue Pop cardigan which took me three goes to get right, but i was obsessed with the cardi and would not let it go.
And thank you for all your lovely comments about him and me last week. Alas Mr Whiskers will not be staying in the House of Wonk. It's not that I don't love him ( i still do) or will be sad to see him go, i like to feel like a bit with all my bears as then I feel i've made a good bear. But I don't feel like I need/have to /must keep him. And I know what that feels like. Mr Whiskerswill going to the most special of homes. But don't worry ( or do depending on how you feel) this isn't the last of Mr Whiskers ( i'm so tempted to write Mr W but I know how he hates it) i have plans for this little bear, and hope one day to make the Mr Whiskers that cannot leave, and then I will have my Pop I never had.

Wow I love how you know all about Mr Whiskers from even when he was just a head! I love the blue cardy. Sounds like you've found just the right person to adopt him!
Oh my, he is such a Pop!!! You are so right Jess. He's totally adorable. I know what you mean about having a nana and a pop - I was lucky enough to have one of each... they're pretty rare these days I think. Kx
Yup, Mr Whiskers does look like a Pop. And he looks even more cuddly with that gorgeous cardy on. I love cardies!!xx
I'm with you Mr. Whiskers/Pop..........this has got to be our year, go Tiges!!
He's just adorable, but please ask him to cut down on the amount of sugar in his cuppas. He looks sweet enough, hehe....
Love the cardi too.....congrats he's adorable...

When you make your own Mr Whiskers, his cardigan will need some brown, leather-covered buttons. I shall keep my eyes peeled for just the thing. My pop was a tinker-er and a dunker and a leather-buttoned cardigan wearer.
