I've been meaning to do a giveaway for some time on my blog but never got around to it. to be honest every time I was about to, i saw one of my bloggy peeps do a giveaway so shied away from it because i didn't want to take away from their one. I'm a dork that way, but then the longer I waited it seemed there wasn't a right time, there were always giveaways going on by lovely peeps so i'll probably be waiting for everSo I'm siezing the moment and plunging ahead.
Other than that there is no real reason for this giveaway , except it's November and really just wanting to say thank you to you for your ongoing support generosity, companionship and general aceness and loveliness.
Gordon is the subject of the giveaway in question.
Gordon is obsessed with all things nautical and sailing. He especially loves racing little boats on whatever water he can find lying around. He likes Peanut Brittle a whole lot too.
to go in the running to have this little sea faring Ele, all you need to do is comment and tell me your favourite animal or animals if you find it too hard. OH and be a follower of this funny old blog.
the giveway will be open for week and finish of Wednesday 16th of November 12 midnight the time I try to get in bed ( but never ever manage to)

Hi there Gordon. I'm Kellie and I promise to take good care of you! There'll be long walks at dusk, as much ice cream as you please, and, of course, plenty of dancing. Oh and I won't let my daughter poke you in your eyes. Kellie xx
aww!!! he is very lovely that Gordon, beautiful shade of blue too.
Oh, Gordon would fit in so well at my place. He wopuld be a welcome birthday pressie for me, and join some other handmade goodies, as well as a mass cult of Build-A-Bear's (sorry Gordon). My fave animal is an orangutan, but also love cats and dogs if there are no orangs about.
I think Gordon really needs to come live with me because if he is really quiet a night he will be able to hear the waves lapping on the shore just over the hill and he will even be able to smell the salt air. As well as the ocean we have a lake so he can go sailing there too. Given that Babar was a one time major favourite of ours we might also go to extreme lengths and reintroduce the fattening peanuts to our house just to pplease Gordon and in memory of childhood for all of us. Gordon will be pleased to know that no mice live in our house, only gentle (really? and noisy) puppy dogs which I would have to say are my favourite animals today. I hope wherever he ends up that Gordon has a happy life. Cherrie
Oh my favourite animal ever is a baby elephant, I would really like to cuddle one but Gordon is probably cuddlier! Just gorgeous
My favourite animals aside from elephants with a penchant for peanut brittle are otters and owls. Seeing as we already have our very own Gordon, I am not entering of course! xx
How could I possibly resist?
Hmmm let me see.... it's really hard to pick a favourite animal, so I have to choose Mr Limpy Houdini Dog!
My favourite is a cow - white with black spots. I've always wanted to have one, I've often thought they'd be nice to cuddle.
I'm definitely a follower of your blog :)
I love Gordon! And how could I resist a giveaway from you?!!! My favourite animals are cats but especially the cheetah. I looove cheetahs! You can pay to pat one at Australia Zoo, tossing up between that or coming to Melbourne for my next birthday, tough decision!
Gordon is so beautiful Jess! What a wonderful shape and design! I find the idea of a sea-faring elephant so delightful - honestly, it just makes me smile :) My favourite animals are cats... boring I know but true ;) Thanks for the great giveaway Jess. Kx
Aww so cute! He would fit in nicely with my other elephants. I do love ellies but I'd have to add cats in as well.
Gordon is lovely, and makes me think elephants would be my favourite animal. Though I quite like tigers, and polar bears, and loveable labradors, too. I fear I live very far from the sea but I know Gordon would have two little friends here who would soon make up for that.
Hi Gordon, Poet will probably try to smother you in saliva and open-mouthed kisses so I'll make sure you stay away from her little hands till she's old enough to treat you with the kindness you deserve.
Can't wait to meet you (I hope)
Oh Gordon would be perfect sitting next to Chickie :)
Our favourite animal is a giraffe and he's a favourite because Mst 3.5 loves his Jerry Giraffe oh so much.
I think Gordon is adorable! My favorite animal (right now) is a Flying Fox. I love your blog, by the way, it is in my bookmarks and I check every day to see if you have something new posted. I am currently working on some mungbeans for my little ones for the holidays.
Oh!! Excitement!! Gordon, best blue elephant in the world! Gosh I love him, but then you know me..I can't help myself. If I win Gordon I will take him on a trip to near by, wait for it, Gordon. It's a small town but well worth the trip. We will stop for morning tea and take a photo of Gordon in front of the Gordon Post Office. But anyway, it's a nice thought regardless. Onto favourite animals...that's a tough one Jess! I'll go with ducks, because they are so full of personality. Have you made a duck yet? Hope you are having a happy Thursday, I do hope we can catch up before Christmas xo
I love the way you think Miss Jess. I love Mr Gordon. I love Beck's answer. I love your bears the best I think. Well today I do anyway.x
You already know that Pandas have a special place in my heart ;)
Love love love Gordon. Thanks so much for the chance to win.
I think you probably know my favorite animal is the bear. All types of bears! polar bear, grizzly bear, sun bear, panda bear, I love them all.
But elephants are lovely too and if Gordon would like to live with my bears I'm sure they would make him very welcome.
And now Stick Gordons! Don't enter me, please - I have been the receiver of so much of your gorgeousness. But I had to pipe up and do all sorts of exclamatories at yet another critter, superbly executed.
Gordon you are just gorgeous. I love elephants in any form - they just look so wise and thoughtful. I have quite a few so if Gordon wants to come and join us he would be most welcome!
Hi Jess, Gordon is so georgeous!! My blog is up and running so now i can leave comments on your blog-just in time for Gordon!!! I have to pick two favorites they have always been my favorites ever since i was tiny, they are Donkeys and hedgehogs :0)
Thanks so much for the chance to win him
