Much excitement here as I think I might be getting my dream of a white Christmas. It snowed!!
It's so beautiful. And it certainly is cold!

I'm afraid though I am yet to make a snowman, but managed to find the next best thing a snowman bottle opener for my budding Snowman collection.

Today we planned to go to Blenheim Palace just outside Oxford, but upon arriving there we found it was closed.
Luckily it was in the most charming village Woodstock, which was largely untouched and had kept all of it's heritage, and also home to the Bear Hotel.

What beautiful photos!!
I miss those old buildings - and remember how exciting it was just to walk down the street!
Have a lovely christmas!
(we have accepted an offer on the house, and David's been offered the job in Tamworth!)xx
I remember Blenheim Palace! It was closed the first time we tried to visit too. But it wasn't snowy. Imagine ducking into the Bear Hotel would have been a snugglier option.
Gorgeous pictures. Lucky, lucky you!
Oh how fun! It just looks like everywhere you go could be in a movie.
It is so cold here too it might just snow.
