I'm feeling a little proud today, as for once I've managed to thinking about making a Snowman before Christmas, where as usually I get all excited about it a day or so before.
Not that I should be feeling to happy with myself, my shop received no Christmas update, I printed no cards and I have done nothing for Christmas. I've been
To be honest, I've been struggling to get into the Christmas spirit, I think it's because I'm taking most of my decorations to the UK, and so I put out things. I've been so much in "getting ready mode" more than hey it's actually Christmas soon mode. IF that makes sense.
Seeing other people in my suburb decorate ( with honourable mention going to car with tinsel wrapped around it's roof rack) has started me. And as usual with Xmas comes my obsession with Snowman. Thus when I realised I had not made presents for two little boys- I thought a snowman was the thing for one of them.
And so we have Mr Beaky because of his extrememly long beaky nose that and the fact he one says one world "beak" Beak" . I think to be honest Mr Beaky has some penguin ancestary in his routes. 
But hopefully he looks enough like a snowman to carry it off. He certainly feels more Snowman than bird, but appearances can be deceving.

I've done nothing xmasy so far either - not even the tree yet.(and no cards, shock horror) As we don't know what we're doing for xmas yet!

Brrrr, Mr Beaky gives me chills all down my spine - the good sort of course. Can't get xmasy at all this year, not even at kinder. Just put out a few faves, and only a tiny gold tinsel tree. Wasn't sure how prospective buyers would have viwerd my usual Christmas wonderland!

Oh I love Mr Beaky Jess. So cute. I only got in the spirit this weekend and only with 2 weeks to go, although I still haven't written let alone sent my Christmas cards. That might be a job for tonight. Life just seems to be speeding up doesn't it?
