Turtle has a new game, in which she hangs out the front of my place and meows pitifly at passers by as if to say "I'm abandoned and unloved." And they fall for it everytime. Because she's a pretty cat and an affectionate one too, if i'm sitting in the front room ( my work come living room) I hear every little " oh what a sweet kitty" "poor pussy" " oh aren't you gorgeous".
Suckers, little do they know she goes out the back and walks round the front just waiting for them.
Clever cat.

Oh but I love being sucked in by these sorts of affection seeking kitties!! My own cat is the very definition of scaredy cat so he runs at the sound of approaching strange footsteps. If only he knew what pats there were to be had!

When Matt and I lived a unit, we had a cat that would come to visit me. He was awesome. I loved him. Cat Balou. He was so naughty and would get really irate when I was on the phone and attack me! I loved that cat.

Our Monty has gone one step further and seems to have two homes! His fur is getting increasingly luxurient and his tummy nice and round ... and we don't know where he goes sometimes (but there must be food involved!).
