Getting off to a good start

Last night I saw Andrew Bird. His latest album Noble Beast was one of my favourites of 2009 so I was super excited that he was coming out to Australia and that I was going to see him. So much so I worried that my expectations were too high. Well they weren't . It was truly one the most amazing gigs I've ever been to in my life. So much so it's going to be hard to top that, and a great start to the year. He is the most incredible musician, plays violin beautifully, guitar and is an amazing whistler and has a lovely voice. ( the video doesn't quite do him justice here). He gets so into, you can tell he just loves it, and is an incredible performer, gorgeous on stage presence and very very easy on the eye!! Move over Colin!
