My creative space
This week I've been working on a polar bear for part of a very special swap with an amazing artist ( that front longy head thing). I feel completely and utterly honoured that he even knows who I am, let alone want something of mine! Its been very exciting down here at my end. ( I think I did a little skip)

Gocco Love
Tonight at the wonderful Brown Owls, we did Gocco printing. It was so much fun, so quick and so satisfying. Pip gave us excellent clear instructions, bought 3 different prints we could make, and we all got to make as many of them as we wanted!! I have to say I'm totally in love, Gocco rocks and I'm all lit up and excited with the possibilities of it. There is nothing like learning a new exciting craft.

Stuff
I've been a little absent of late. Far too much running around, time on or waiting for public transport ,not enough bear making and crafting, and sleeping.
The funny thing is in the past week when I've sat down to work on a bear, I get overwhelmed by which one to work on ( 4 on the go) flit between each of them, head obsessing and what not, and feel I get little done.
I've been in the studio, and well you think the second practice would go better, it didn't it went worse! HA! Please don't try to reassure, I'm not very good at this, and I don't really mind. I find it quite funny actually. And nice how comforting it is to be back to some bear stuff and also to be fine with not being good at the whole radio presenting shebang. YOu know what I mean? Anyway probably the most painful thing about studio session practice two was the fact that we are told to record ourselves, and listen back to it and therefore live through every little mistake! Ha ha, this was literally a 3 or 4 minute bit of silence and I'm not sure I've heard anyone use the work UM so much! At least I got a bit of a laugh.
Help!
