I got one!!!

For forever, I have wanted an old Kelvinator fridge and yesterday I got one courtesy of ebay!! I love it!!!! ( the magnets are my own addition but every fridge in my opinion needs a set of Alphabet magnets.) Actually i'm getting quite excited about the whole magnet thing, like my badge thing for those you know me, I'm branching out so perhaps when I run out of room on my coat for badges, I can turn to  magnets on the fridge.

Is it wrong?

I have a weird confession to make one that i don't feel too good about. I have a thing for community newspapers- you know the Leader and Melbourne City Weekly type. And whoever is meant to deliver it to my house never does ( possibly the one person in the world who wants it) so I end up stealing one from someone else. I know it's terrible and I always feel bad, because what if that person feels the same way about them that I do? ANd I have robbed them of that pleasure!! TO be fair, I don't do it straight away I wait til the end of the week, and if it is still in someone's mailbox, I take, feeling as if they've had their time, and if they can't appreciate what they've got right in front of them, well.... But I still can't help feeling guilty and when I do take it, I make sure no one is in the street and afterward I look around guiltily like a shop lifter or something. I know I'm terrible, it's not mine so I have no reason to take it. It's not for the actual magazine that I want it for, it's the real estate bits. You know I have a strange little real estate reading thing going on, I love collecting the real estate booklets too and i'm not going to buy a house or anything. And yep I know I'm sad, ( it's gets worse, when I get one from another suburb either booklet or free newspaper Leader thing, you should see the excitement.) SO I know now I'm looking like a complete stealing nutcase, but there you are, it's not all bears and sweetness over here.

it was scary there for a while.

I've been sick, with one of those fabulous fluey things floating round every work space. This time really sick, I couldn't even crochet or smoke and tea tasted terrible that's how sick I was. Not wanting any music, only crappy videos and butter menthols. And as much as I love my pjamas after spending 2 straight days in them, I have found that spending all day in your jamies is perhaps not all it's worked up to be. Today I'll feeling quite a bit better, I can crochet and bear again ( hurray), and return to my dearly love habit that probably partly caused my massive chest infection, and I've yet to have one of my on mass body drenching sweats ( touch wood). Tomorrow I'm hoping I'll be able to go for my walk again and be outside. It really makes you appreciate feeling ( somewhat ) better again, and the little things you take for granted. And I didn't even have any life threatning, makes you feel humbled and lucky that well I do feel on the mend.
